LymaQ is the result of over 20 years of practical experience in personnel development and mental training. Our work is based on a key economic insight: In the high-pressure environment of business, people do not act solely rationally.

We combine established findings from color psychology, stress research, and neurobiological insights into human stress processing into an integrated analysis system. LymaQ brings these perspectives together in a structured color code system.
The colors do not represent isolated characteristics. They combine work-related behavioral patterns, decision-making preferences, and emotional motivations into a clearly understandable framework.
The goal is to combine different behavioral and stress dimensions into a practical model for talent matching, leadership, and personnel development.
Further development
What began as a structured reflection tool is now a standardized, AI-supported evaluation system. LymaQ uses algorithmic analyses to consistently represent and compare behavioral and stress patterns.
An internal profile matrix translates these patterns into structured guidelines for onboarding and HR processes.
The final assessment and decision always rests with a human. LymaQ serves as a supporting analytical tool – not as an automated decision-making process.
